ASSA CLIQ Remote shortlisted in 2018 UK Housing Awards
ASSA CLIQ® Remote is a finalist in this year’s UK Housing Awards, for helping to revolutionise Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council’s (RMBC) repairs and maintenance processes for void properties.
With approximately 2,000 empty properties to manage every year, RMBC required a key management solution that would simplify its operations, eliminate the need for physical key handovers and cut costs.
Shortlisted in the category ‘Outstanding approach to repairs and maintenance’, ASSA CLIQ® Remote has allowed RMBC to improve key management, and speed up its repair and maintenance practices on void properties. File:22-2-18-AA01 eCLIQ FV.docx
